Privacy Policy · Effective: June 2025
Blip Out is a locally-run arcade game. No account is required. No data is sent to our servers — because we don't have any servers. The only external services the app communicates with are operated by Apple and are governed by Apple's own privacy policies.
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
The following data is saved locally using iOS standard storage and never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it:
Blip Out supports Apple Game Center for optional leaderboard participation. If you choose to sign in, your best score is submitted to Apple's Game Center servers and may be visible to other players on the global leaderboard.
Game Center participation is entirely optional. You can play without ever signing in. Apple's Game Center privacy practices are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
If you are signed into iCloud on your device, your personal best score may be synced across your devices via Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage. This sync happens automatically and is controlled by your iCloud settings. No data is accessible to us. Apple's iCloud privacy practices are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
Blip Out contains no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries. The only frameworks used are Apple's own system frameworks (SpriteKit, GameKit, StoreKit, AVFoundation, CoreLocation).
Blip Out does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Because no personal data is collected by the app itself, it is suitable for general audiences.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date above and note the change in the app's What's New section with the next update.
